Tired leg and exercises

Hi, What exercises do you do for balance ? I have the ms trust exercises . Which are the best ones? Or any been recommended by physios What keeps happening is one leg gets more tired than the other and then the tired leg is painful. So I can't work out wether the tired leg is taking more strain because of the other leg not working properly or wether the tired leg just can't do as much as the other one ... Anyway how do I get the legs to work together better and pain free ? Don't want much 😊 Rachael

@rachaellouise , when dealing with a weakness on one side, it is important to try and balance out the exercise, so you don't favour one side. The repetition is what counts, to allow the brain to try and create new pathways. @rachaellouise . I do a bit of yoga and tai chi . Just things I have found on you tube. There are some very good videos on there which are specific for MS x
