MRI unremarkable

Hello. I just joined looking for answers to my constant symptoms. It took 9 months since onset of symptoms to see a neurologist as they narrowed down other possible areas of concern. I’ve had so many tests.. nothing is ever wrong. But is it possible to have MS with active symptoms and have an unremarkable MRI. I had me head and spine to T7 with and without contrast dye.

Fwiw, I also had unremarkable mri's and still sort of do to this day (it's been 2.5 official MS years or so), but little symptoms I read and hear about are 💯 signs that it's here for me, on top of my 3rd and current doctor's prognosis. The body aches and pains are the worst for me, in various places. And the mental degradation is slowly seeping through the cracks that I am able to notice daily. Memory isn't what it used to be, that's for sure... I used to pride myself on my ability to remember things. Not so much anymore. What symptoms do you have? Are you GTA based? What hospital you going for this? I'm at St. Michael's...

I was having strange dizzy spells and feeling off balance and strange like I couldn’t understand my own body movements. Feb last year I had a major dizzy spell with a grip around my chest and pain radiating up my left side neck and face and lips and tongue so I called 911. Was sent home told I had acid reflux. The feeling never came back in my face. And after that day I’ve been constantly drunk dizzy with the feeling gone in my face. It gets into my throat on the left side some days and my throat on the left side sticks together and I have trouble swallowing only I my left side. When the nerves sensation spreads across my face it spreads diagonally and feels like I walked into spider webs. I There’s been a few mornings where my right eyelid would not open on its own. Some days I get buzzing up both side of my neck with strange sounds inside my brain. I get eye jiggles when that happens. The left side of my neck and clavicle are often burning and feel itchy on the inside and it’s the same area I lost feeling. But nothing is wrong with me. Not even a single vitamin deficiency or mild inflammation markers. The neuro said I have migraine auras and prescribed me antidepressants. But the dizzy not sure where I am swaying feeling never goes away. Ever. It’s even in my sleep and in my dreams. I’m in Saskatchewan in Canada I don’t have a hospital. Just where the referral takes me.
