Hey there! Treatment question!

I am new here, but have been diagnosed for over 10years - having been diagnosed at the age of 17 with highly aggressive relapsing remitting MS. This was after, from what I remember, my first relapse at 14 years old. I am here to learn more about MS! My treatment on Tysabri is no longer working due to the JC virus having infected my spinal fluid and ask what everyone considers the best treatment to help RRMS?
@Helenia

Ocrevus is really popular and I've known people move from Tsabri to O for the same reason as you. Treatments are super personal

There are very few places to go from Tysabri (natalizumabThere are very few places to go from Tysabri (nataliumab). They are Lemtrada (alemtuzumab) or Stem Cells - aHSCT. Stem Cells in the UK is tricky because some neurologists are extremely supportive but some are more backward still. Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) is likely going to be a sideways move in terms of efficacy. Its mode of action is different but it is considered broadly similarly effective. I've had 5 DMTs and switched from Ocrelizumab to Alemtuzumab earlier this year.
