For me the physio worked well. My problem is walking so I do loads of walking and squats etc. I'm on 2 pills a day (Tecfidera) which is about 50% effective apparently and side effects are manageable. I wanted Ocrevus as it is 60% effective, 2 4 hour infusions per year but my other conditions make this risky. This link https://mstrust.org.uk/about-ms/ms-treatments/disease-modifying-drugs-dmds was invaluable in deciding what to take and well worth the time! Good luck with your research, but get proper statistics as well as anecdotal "I'm OK in it"/"my mate grew an extra arm" sort of stuff!! Glad your numbness has improved. I find guitar and drums help my numbness.
