Trigeminal Neuralgia

I started with TN about 2 months ago. I do t think anything specific triggers the attacks, but I was wondering if and what anyone else does to help ease the pain? I’m in a low dose of Pregabalin that’s not really helping at the moment.

I had my last big TN attack a few months ago & it was so horrific I'm not ready to talk about it yet, sorry 😕

I currently have regular nerve blocks (no steroid) which are every 8-10 weeks which are done by my MS Neurologist. I was previously on carbamazapine (Tegretol) but they stopped working effectively for me.
