Hi all, I had my annual review this morning. Bit of background: diagnosed in 2010, 5 years of tsyabri followed by lemtrada last dose 2017. I haven’t felt well recently and my neurologist plans to do a spinal tap to check for inflammation. My MRI shows no new lesions but there is evidence of atrophy since my early scans. They don’t have any more details yet regarding change in atrophy since lemtrada. I am wondering whether I may have moved into the secondary progressive stage. Does anyone know whether atrophy is a sign of the progressive stage of MS?
