@milly , a vitamin B12 deficiency can leave you feeling tired and lacking energy. Some of the symptoms of B12 deficiency do mirror some MS symptoms :- http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Anaemia-vitamin-B12-and-folate-deficiency/Pages/Introduction.aspx
Hi , probably not relevant but I've been advised my B12 levels are very high I too believe I might have MS does anyone know if high levels of B12 are connected ?
