In need of support group

I recently went back to work, within 2 weeks the stress has caused a flare. I wish there was a place were I could go to just talk with people who understand and whom I could help to deal with the stresses of life that make this disease so difficult. We all need supportive understanding and the ability to curse up a storm and have others “get it” without judgement.
