Hi there, I'm Emer, from Ireland, I was in my job as a HR admin, also doing payroll for 500 people for 10 years, was diagnosed during these 10 years, and 3 years ago, I was made redundant, the only person in a staff of 400+ treated appallingly, under the guise of "restructuring"...... I didn't take it lying down, took every ounce of my energy but hired a solicitor and barrister, and went to our Labour Court and won my case. I felt so hurt, and humiliated, I gave them everything and this is how I was treated. Your no more than a number I feel, anywhere. I would persevere if you feel that you have been treated unfairly. I got a result but it took time but I felt it was worth it. Why should people get to treat you that way when you have enough on your plate. No compassion. I wish you the best of luck, go for it. Xxxxx
