Plegridy update

Started Plegridy in December and everything seems to be going okay but still waiting to go for the blood test. But my friends do make me laugh. I showed them the injections which are big chunks of plastic and they said "I'm destroying the environment with plastic injections." They have no longer taken to calling them injections but "stabby sticks." 😂

I’m now waiting to start plegridy should be next week,how are you feeling with it? When the nurse showed me it’s very big I agree lol x

@mummalisa1 They honestly aren't that bad, at least for me. I took 1 ibuprofen half an hour before injecting and 1 after. But I don't think I need to take the pain killers anymore. When I inject in my left thigh it's barely noticeable but when I inject in my right thigh there's a mild burning sensation. Just remember if it doesn't work for you then talk to your nurse, you can switch DMTs so don't think that's the one you have to stick with forever. But yeah, they are pretty big which can be a little daunting.
