Ocrevus update

I mentioned in a previous post about low back pain and cold sores within a short time(a week) of starting Ocrevus. I woke up with another whopper of low backache this morning to the point that I could barely walk. I figured out that a heating pad is the remedy for it. The interesting thing is I do yoga on a regular basis and have had very little muscular aches and pains as a result. So the constant reoccurrence of low back issues over the past few weeks since I started the Ocrevus tells me it's not the usual garden variety backache. But sitting with a hot pad each evening seems to do the trick to keep the problem to a minimum. My MS started in a nasty kind of way with paralysis on my right side and cognitive dysfunction, but after recovering from that and starting DMTs, it's been holding its own, so no big complaints. I don't know if the medication labels mention these kinds of side effects, but I appreciate these being mentioned on the online sites I've visited because you wouldn't think such issues could be related to a medication. It was by luck that I got the Shingles vaccine within a couple months of starting the Ocrevus. After researching, Shingles appears to be another common occurrence, so something to keep in mind. I need to be on a DMT as a result of the MS favoring my spine which isn't able to find a new path of healing like the brain can after a relapse occurs. Sites like these are so helpful to try and problem solve all the little(or big) things. Thanks for listening. Have a wonderful day!!
