Newly diagnosed

Hi everyone. Thought I would introduce myself my name is kris. I'm 47 and was just diagnosed with primary progressive MS. They want to start the infusion treatment on me and I'm not going to lie I'm kind of nervous about it and the side effects. I don't know much about it so if anybody has experience or knows about it I'm all ears

@Kingkris Hi and welcome to the club. If you have a look at the side effects on a packet of Aspirin they may cause headaches.

PPMS needs treatment. It needs to be slowed down. If someone listed the side effects of PPMS, they would seem worse than any treatment, just because MS in unpredictable, difficult to monitor and is so varied in the severity of the symptoms across people with MS. At least treatment for PPMS will be closely monitored by doctors, tests, so the side effects will be safely mitigated.
