Does anyone else get severe muscle cramping in the inner thigh? If so what has helped you?

Hi, I have the same inner thigh cramp on my good leg for months. Went to physio and gave me exercises to do which helped a little bit but the inner thigh crap is still there. Id love to know how to stop it. Makes walking a lot more difficult.
