Anyone well versed on stem cell therapy?

Is there anyone here with a deep knowledge of stem cell therapy for ms. I'm in the beginning stages of doing research and have contacted a few clinics. I'm wondering whether anyone here might be versed on the topic already and able to answer some of my questions impartially.
