Stress = symptoms ?

I’m new to the MS journey and working out my relapses and symptoms. But does anyone else find that when you are really stressed your symptoms seem start? Or is that just me? This MS journey and understanding my body will take some time I guess.

I get exactly what you mean !!..the more stress the worse the symptoms , I’m convinced stress is a major contributor to Ms

@Jordana, I understand very well what you're saying.. I was diagnosed in 2020 ...first year was terrible ...i was very stressed... scared ....everything went downfall...my simptomes were worse ...until i started to do meditation..yoga...even went to therapy... In time everything got better..simptomes settled ..started treatment ( tysabri)...but everytime I am under stress ..my simptomes go nuts 😵‍💫. As my ms nurse told me ...it normally takes around 1 year to accept the diagnosis and come to peace with it ..it will get better.. Meanwhile... Listen to your body ..keep a jurnal ...write how you feel everyday ..write down what simptomes you have in that day and try to figure out what triggered it, so in future you can avoid that specific thing. Eat healhy..a lot of veggies and fruits... do yoga ..exercise, go for a walk ...and the best advice I got LIVE THE DAY , don't think of what will happen in 1 week ..1 year ..10 years .. Take one day at a time and be positive.
