Taopatch - any experiences?

Hi all, just had an advert for a Taopatch appear on my Facebook feed. They make big claims, but they so charge a lot of money! Has anyone actually used these? Would be really grateful if you could share your experiences.

I asked my NHS physio at the National Hospital for Neurology in London, and they were unaware. however I have read some reviews, from people who have used it, and they say there is some benefit. So still unsure
