@jayjay10 I can sympathise with you couldn't get up this morning yet another day in bed because of the heat. Just can't wait for the cooler weather.

It's alright though, as the return of the football season will see our team overcome Man City this time and finally become victorious since 1990... Well, I think that was the last time our reds won the league. πŸ˜‚

@jayjay10 woohoo what a difference this cooler Weather makes. I have had an eventful week collapsed in shower last Wednesday taken to a+e dehydration, ms and heat with low blood pressure. Couldn't stand had to use hospital transport to get me home to be then slid into bed and that's where I have been ever since! Today was the first time my legs worked but only could do 10 steps back in bed. My dizziness has subsided and my brain is working again, that heat just turned me into a horrible mess, anxiety to the max. So glad to be back in the land of the living! I hope you are feeling less like a robot! Xx

@pug1 I am so sorry to hear what you have been through in the past couple of weeks/months or so. The weather has been a legitimate S.O.B as it has been absorbing our energy and our general health. The good thing is that I think the extremely hot days are over, therefore leaving behind those days of exhaustion and tiredness. You will be back to the way you were in a week or so, you are a fighter, a resilient one of that. I'm feeling a little more like a toddler now πŸ˜‚ moving with strange fluency and unpredictable movements. I wish you the very best! Xx

We have been lucky the highest it has gotten is 104, that isn't too bad for Kansas. I am going to knock on wood we still have two more months to go. It starts to cool down towards the end of September. Finally got all of the schools air conditioned, they decided that the students didn't learn much when they are miserable in the heat. I spend most of my time in a air conditioned house or car. I will be glad when I can open a window. Potter

This heat has been very hard, and painful on my body. I am so fatigued. I can't sleep and I am having bad abdominal pain.

As the day progresses I get increasing too hot and slow. Opening the windows during the day is a fail because it's still warmer outdoors than indoors. At night it's bliss with the windows open...till the sun peeps into the sky and I get a seagull chorus.

I have always had HEAT SENSORY. You know taking a longer shower because you have to shave or wash your hair. I always have to leave the door open so I don’t pass out in the shower. I❀️the beach, I use to always be in a pool or at the beach as a kid and the summer. I learned to adapt. If I would take a summer day I would make sure I would stay cool with the pool or have a umbrella for the but almost always end up with a migraine. But Like I said I was prepared. This summer has been so bad. It just may be a combination of things but I find myself with the shakes but they not like before I am trembling and I get dizzy. I find it hard to breath. I start vomiting. I become exhausted. I am literally taking my clothes off to cool off my body. I can feel my body temperature raising. Stress - as soon as I start to get stress out. I start to get dizzy and feel my body temperature raising and I start vomiting.
