MRI results

So my mri results are in, my consultant phoned me yesterday. I have lesions on my inflamed brain and spine. A lumbar puncture is being scheduled for within the next 3 weeks. I was told that it's "highly likely" I have MS and the lumbar puncture will confirm. Now I am one proven brave wee scottish lass but wow.... this is scary...

Have lots of caffeine based products in the house for after your lumbar puncture, they really will help. Take time out for you, and surround yourself by people who will let you talk about it, not talk about it or whatever you want to do. I've only just had my diagnosis, so know what a crazy roller coaster of a trip you are going through. We are all here for you, if you need to chat x
