Merry Christmas everyone! This is more for UK folks. I’m recently diagnosed and am trying to start doing more exercise and live a healthier life to help manage my condition and have seen fundraising events like walks and runs etc on MS charities like MS Trust and MS Society. I was wondering if anyone has done any of these and would recommend any? Also I don’t know which charity I’d want to donate my money to and have been looking but would like to hear others opinions. I’m in Cambridgeshire/Essex as well but distance isn’t a major issue for me.
