Freezing feet??
Keep waking up with what feels like cramp in my feet, and they are always freezing cold, even when I'm hot, is it normal ms stuff or should I see gp? don't like to bother them.

@Graham100 , having cold feet (and/or hands) is not unusual in MS. Our brains usually manage the heating and cooling of our "extremities" dependant on the messages received from our nerve endings. Now, it's a long distance between our extremities and our brain, and those messages can be affected by any areas of damage on our Central Nervous System (CNS). So, if the messages aren't received, or are partially received, by the brain. Then the brain doesn't know how to respond. Hence, cold feet! Do keep an eye on them though. They do still need a blood flow through them. So, if they visibly look like they're suffering, then see the GP.
Thanks stumbler, will check they don't go blue,, remember being told once to wear hat keep head warm in winter, or the brain will stop sending blood to extremities to keep more to protect the internal organs, similar I suppose,,
