Coming down of the steroids

Hi there ms warriors I am in a relaps 5 days on IVs and tapering off for another 5 just out of hospital this my second time on steroids any advice on copeing I am in the Twilight zone

Hi @francishannon. A bit of advice? Yes, rest up and allow your body to recover. Steroids aren't an immediate fix. Well, they address the inflammation on your Central Nervous System (CNS) that is causing the relapse. Then, they'll be working with your body for the next to 6 to 8 weeks to recover from the symptoms experienced in the relapse. Like I say, you just need to rest up to allow this recovery to happen.
