My mom was diagnosed with #MS in 1975, she was 18yrs old. She got pregnant with me in 1976 & had me in 1977. While she was pregnant with me the doctors tried hard to convince her to get an abortion but she refused to get one. I'm thankful for that decision. Sadly in 2011 at the age of 54yrs old I lost my mother to this disgusting disease. I have struggled my whole life but I always had my mom to talk to & she would understand. Now thanks to being a good single father I have a 22yr old daughter who lives with me and is a tremendous help. She is the one who told me about this community. She's always staying on top of things & making sure that I get all of the treatments I need.
