New diagnosis
Just wondering how people coped with a confirmed diagnosis. I’m currently feeling quite low at the moment but happy to finally know why I feel so awful all the time.
Anyone else feel like this?

You will come to terms with the diagnosis, I know I did after a little while. It was actually a relief to finally get the diagnosis as it meant I wasn’t going mad (ok I am already there)
@Emmanuttall10 , it's a bitter-sweet moment. You're now going to start on an emotional rollercoaster ride, akin to bereavement, where you will grieve for your old self. Eventually, you'll begin to realise that life will continue. This whole process could take up to 12 months or longer, so don't rush yourself.
