Tecfidera or not?

Hi, I am new to this group as neuro has suggested I may wish to start tecfidera. Diagnosed at 39 with RRMS in 2017 and so far managed with OMS diet and supplements to date. Stable MRI's since diagnosis but lately felt like symptoms are progressing slightly (vision issues, muscle twitches, balance) but not yet affecting any daily activities. I regularly exercise and can luckily still manage 10km runs everyday. Nervous about starting any DMT and would appreciate any advice that could be given.
