Vitamin D in iu
Hi everyone, I think I have asked this before, how much vitamin D should I take daily in international units (iu)? I keep forgetting/getting confused 🤔. I am currently taking 4000iu. 🤷♀️Any help would be great, thanks.

Hi, I’ve heard between 4000 and 6000 depending on what your levels are. Have you had your level tested?
I do 5000. Use a vitamin spray that it was my consultant told me to take
