Treatment uk NHS, older people
Hi a quick question. Can MS treatment be stopped by the NHS after a certain age. I am wondering what evidence supports this if stopped? Thanks everyone.

I am not sure how true it is but I read somewhere that as people get older and enter their 60s new MS lesions/relapses can slow down/ plateau and the medics may explore stopping treatment for a time to monitor activity. I don't think it's the case for everyone but in a lot of cases. I wish I could remember where I read it now to signpost
Thanks @kanga for your reply.
