Cinema.

I’m a film fan and love the cinema. Up until lockdown I was going to the Everyman cinemas, loved those big sofa’s even though it is a little pricey…(a lot pricey) More recently I’ve started to go to the Odeon, moreover, the Odeon Luxe. I don’t know if this is just near to me or all over but it’s a great cinema. Loads of space to get past people rather than feeling like I’m on a ledge, seats that recline so that I don’t get that dead leg (think lazy-boy), just a generally great experience. Plus they have a subscription to see as much as you want for £14 per month. Old and new films. Easy app for booking seats or upcoming films. I really can’t recommend it enough for people who do struggle/worry about the accessibility of places or situations, the thought of it can be enough to put me off sometimes but this cinema has relieved some of that for me. This isn’t some kind of ad, I just thought it’s a good spot 👌🏻

TBH I really just got out of the habit of going to the pictures but nowadays I always make the effort to see 'films' at the cinema and like you say they do seem to really make the effort (like lots of places Im finding) to make them really accessible to everyone and generally I find the staff can't do enough to help you. I've come to the conclusion of late that my perceived MS related problems associated with doing everyday 'fun' things like going to the cinema, theatre, travelling, restaurants, gigs, pubs etc. are nowhere near as complicated as I thought they were.

@Memories

I sometime go to cinemas but no so often Since 2014 I face difficulty going up cinema stands And hate to admit that I suffer disability or ms when I request to sit down seats they say no it’s for special needs and I’m like ._. Yh I’m not one of them
