Go easy on sleeping pills Chantelle. My father is now addicted to those pills. Try to exercise to get yourself tired and ready for bed. Best Jorge
Hi I have used melatonin tablets which work but I find having a routine like getting up early even if I haven't slept well the night before and going to bed at the same time every night and I exercise every day and never sleep in the day just try to keep moving all day and never eat late at night I try and eat 3 to 4 hours before I go to bed it seems to work for me
