I know low mood is part of MS but when life kicks ya in the teeth I feel MS amplifies this low so much do others feel the same? And what do you do to try and improve it? I’m a positive person by nature so this feels alien to me 🥺

Hi I find if I keep myself busy and have a Plan even if I can only manage one thing I wanted to do during the day I feel like I've accomplished something also meditation as really helped me it's made me think differently and I am much calmer, I use an app insight timer which is free live sessions on mediation and yoga hope you find something to help

Hi. I remind myself not to feel guilty. If I am tired I have a rest. If I can’t manage a task, I hand it to someone else, or take my time. I try to remind myself that I can make exceptions for myself. If I had a physical issue, I would make allowances. Don’t beat yourself up. Do what you can, but if you can’t, don’t. It is totally okay. No regrets 💪. Best wishes.
