I am on Tecfidera now and love it. When I first started taking it, seems like it took about 3 days for me to start feeling the results of it. I don't have tremor symptoms. However, I I had numbness in my feet and just kept falling all of the time. I also had pain in my right leg causing me to limp a little. Tecfidera helped me with all of that. The only side effect I've experienced is the flushing but you get used to that and if you take an aspirin with it, it will reduce the flushing. Unfortunately, I'm having to switch from Tecfidera to Ocrevus because my latest MRI showed a new lesion in my brain and my lower spine. My doctor wants to be proactive and start me on Ocrevus. I'm kind of scared but I've heard good things about Ocrevus.
