Hi there I'm starting on plegridy treatment next week. I've been diagnosed with relapsing remitting but on the basis of changes in scans, only one (probable) relapse many years ago and no obvious symptoms. I'm wondering what to expect in terms of side affects from the first dose? I've researched the side affects in general, but don't have a sense of how long they take to kick in, and whether they aren't quite so bad with the first dose as it's a bit lower. I'll be going into central London to be shown how to inject myself, and because of covid am still avoiding public transport were I can. I was hoping to be able to cycle there and back (about a 45 min trip each way), but if I'm likely to be really, really unwell that might be unwise. Obv if I did cycle there and was feeling unwell could always taxi/train home with bike. Grateful for any advice, overall feeling much more at peace with starting treatment than I did a couple of months ago :)
