Managing symptoms/ friends and family

I’m having a hard time learning how to manage symptoms and sharing with close friends and family. Any advice would be welcomed!

I am not diagnosed yet… I know I have all the symptoms except the blurry vision one CAT scan saw two lesions, but I also have aneurysms. They are taking care of them, but not listening to me about MS because of my age. None of them have heard of late onset MS.
