Exercising while fatigued?

Hi all, I've just had Covid and although the virus wasn't that bad, it's caused a bit of a flare up of old symptoms, which I guess is to be expected. But the main one is my old friend fatigue (yay!). I know rest is obviously important while I recover, but I usually exercise a lot and having spent a few weeks not moving at all, I feel really weird/sluggish and I suspect this is related to the fatigue as well. For those of you that exercise, do you stop when you have a bout of fatigue, or just push through? I don't want to over do it but I also don't want to get stuck in a cycle of not moving because I'm fatigued and then feeling fatigued because I'm not moving, you know?! Any insight appreciated as always ( :
@Gortz

Though relatively new i find I've began to be aware of what my limits are with fatigue and don't push past them as much as i would like too. For me i fear it antagonises relapsing. Some days will be good and i push a little further but on all others i hit the baseline ive agreed with myself.
