Stiffness in legs! Excruciating pain in my feet, trouble going up and down stairs, pin and needle , weight gain!!!!!! I am on Copaxone! Need something for pain??? Not lyrica! Doctors trying not to prescribe pain medication! I just can’t see myself living with so much pain,

I was diagnosed 2 years ago and I had the exact same physical complaints. The pain and tightness in my legs woke me several times through the night. My neurologist prescribed me with Baclofen to help with the muscle tightness. It’s a relaxant, not pain relief, although it does help ease the pain once the stiffness subsides. I also stretch my legs several times a day to elongate the muscles. I do the lying down ones on the bed because getting up from the floor isn’t a safe possibility. If physiotherapy isn’t an option for you there are some great websites to visit.
