Magnesium & Vitamin D

Hi All I read a lot of people on here take Vitamin D but I do not hear a lot about Magnesium from my understanding the two go hand in hand. I have also read it is best to take them at different times of the day so they do not compete for pride of place. I have been taking them both for years but always take them together, more for convenience. I have put a link below to start off this thread as I have to start somewhere. Hello bens dad Well i take many supplements and after researching on it all and having such low energy magnesium is also important to get enough of in the body .helps with energy.so i take it everyday along with my upped 6000iu vit d ( for winter) some people can have low levels and with ms its not so great as we need to be working as wll as possible. Mine just say take daily through day so i take all mine with lunch food. I may split them up . some online info says take various supplements at all sorts of times and with other ones but its all a faff to keep it up so i dont rigidly adheer.

Hi Guys, So are supplements a thing? Do they help? My partner suffers with fatigue. Does vitamin D and magnesium help with that?
