Vitamin D for your small kids?

I had my first attack when my baby was 8 months old (she's now 14 months). My question is, should I be giving her vitamin D supplements in the hopes of avoiding her developing MS? Are there any other things I can do to help her avoid it? I know there is a tiny chance of her getting MS but I'd rather put my mind at ease and have one less thing to worry about!

Hi @ashfromsa here is a link which has info regarding vit D units for all ages including infants. It is worth also looking into other potential triggers for your child’s future. Xx https://gavingiovannoni.substack.com/p/vitamin-d-supplements-what-dose?s=r

Its a good idea for.everyone to supplement Vit D. I double dose my son because of my MS. Sealions (UK) do a nice vitamin d gummy.
