What do people take or do to try to combat fatigue
I am curious to find out as it can really affect me .

@AntRainford , you have to plan your day to fit in with your fatigue. Consider tackling the most important tasks in the morning, or when you feel strongest. Plan for regular breaks when you can have a short rest period to recharge your batteries. Be disciplined in taking these breaks. Perhaps start earlier and say later to accommodate the breaks and to avoid the hottest part of the day.
Totally agree with above. At one point I couldn’t get through the day without a couple of hours sleep in the afternoon. This meant loads more planning and prioritising. I had to manage things that I thought were important in the morning, and cut things out if they were too much, or get help from my family and friends. Fatigue is horrible because it is invisible, and really disabling. Definitely recommend speaking to people who can help you. Good luck.
