MS diets

When I was diagnosed in 2005 the advice was to increase intake of sunflower seed for the linoleic (or was it linolenic? ) acid. You don't hear a peep about that now. I've not met anyone who managed to stick to the OMS regime. With any diet they only tell you about what happened to the people who did stick to it but you'll never hear about what happened to the people who dropped out. The temptation is to believe they ended up not radically different from those who maintained the diet, once you take into account those who stuck to the diet and just lost weight because it was more healthy in general.
