Is anyone out there?

Hello everyone, I’m 28, live in South Birmingham and was diagnosed with MS just under 2 years ago, I still don’t really have a touch on the MS community in the city and went to the MS Society’s event in 2023 but there’s been nothing since. I haven’t found any groups in Birmingham to meet anyone so I was wondering if there was anyone living in Birmingham here that would like to meet for a coffee? I’m terrible with anything WhatsApp so someone who likes real life connection is preferable! Would love to meet some people with MS as I have no one in my life to relate to, if anyone knows of any active groups that would be fab! Amberley

As well as being a member on here, I joined the OMS group and our circle in Sheffield tries to meet up every couple of months. They were such good support as I was going through the diagnosis. They knew I wasn’t yet diagnosed and still welcomed me with open arms. Just a thought.. might be worth a try if not many members on here in your area 🤔

Hi! I’m in Stratford Upon Avon, so not a million miles away. Have to say I’ve not seen much in the way of a local “community” either.
