No help.
I've had primary progressive ms for about seven years now and have never been offered any treatments, does it depend on where you live.

Years ago there were no treatments for PPMS, hell The Dummies Guide to MS had chapters covering drugs for RRMS but had a one paragraph chapter on Progressive MS just stating 'there are NO drugs for Progressive MS'. But now there are treatments, so talk to your MS Nurse and Neurologist and demand help. Yeah I'll bet there are all sorts of age restrictions and EDSS scores that NICE have put in the way. But demand help!
I have secondary progressive MS. Exercise and diet have helped immensely. I also am seeing many improvements from Theophylline, which has been found to regrow myelin in mice.
