Symptoms

Thank you all for your lovely response on my last forum, it honestly touched me to see so many nice people dealing with the same thing as me and are willing to help. Im just curious about what symptoms do you all experience? I usually get pins and needles in my feet amd hands and my legs get really stiff and it causes me quite a bit of pain. i also get muscle spasms a few times a day. What pain relief and medication do you recommend for my pain? Thank you.

@abbie_dale , you can find a full list of symptoms here:- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/understanding-ms/ms-symptoms-and-treatments/symptoms Although, you need to bear in mind that we don't all suffer from all the symptoms. MS is an individual condition and symptoms depend on the location of damage on our Central Nervous System (CNS). Stiffness and muscle spasms can sometimes be addressed with a magnesium supplement. There are medications available, which aren't always 100% and can come with their own problems. You might find that stretches, e.g. yoga, and gentle exercise, e.g. swimming, also help.

My doctor prescribed me Gabapentin for painful muscle spasms (in my case it was mainly MS Hug), but since you are so young I'm not sure if you can take these pills. My symptoms? Huh, there are so many... Numbness of legs & fingers, fatigue, dizziness, double vision, mind fog, trouble with walking on long distances, balance problems. It varies from day to day. MS sucks, but hey - we don't suck as people and it's the only thing that matters. You know what Brain used to say about his and Pinky's plan for tonight? We must do the same thing we do every night - try to take over the world! :D
